On Saturday, June 2, our students will be holding a garage sale to raise funds for summer camp and other ministry activities. There are several ways you can be involved and help!

Donations: do you have a closet or garage full of things to get rid of? Consider donating them for the sale! Contact Pastor Stephen (stephen) to make arrangements for pick-up.

Shop! Be sure to stop by the garage sale on Saturday June 2, from 7 am -noon, at the parking lot of Tutor Time, 3100 Macon Drive.

We’ll be celebrating Mother’s Day with Infant & Child Dedications at our 10:30 am celebration service.  This is a special time when parents dedicate their children to God and promise to raise them to love the Lord and follow His ways. OverFlow Students – join us for a great day at Six Flags! Meet up with us Saturday, April 21, at 9 am at Natomas Park Elementary to carpool. We plan to return by 9 pm. Cost is $35, plus bring money for food. Permission slips are required – due by April 18.

Making plans for your family for this summer? Be sure to include this year’s VBS — a week-long morning day camp for children ages 3 through those entering 6th grade in the fall. Packed with fun songs, games, activities and great lessons from the Bible, VBS is a favorite summer highlight for kids and parents alike. This year VBS will take place the week of JULY 9-13, and our theme will be “Amazing Wonders.”  Easy online registration HERE!

Be sure to join us for Palm Sunday and Easter this year for our two-part series “Renovation,” which features a great illustrated sermon. You won’t want to miss Pastor Jim and his team working on a live construction project on the stage.  Mark your calendars: Palm Sunday (April 1), one celebration at 10:30am, and Easter Sunday (April 8), two identical Easter celebrations: 9:00 and 10:30 am in the Theater. These are great opportunities to invite friends and neighbors to come along and check us out!

Our annual Easter Egg event will have a NEW look and lots more fun for the children this year! Be sure to mark your calendars now for Sunday, April 1, and start inviting friends and neighbors to join you for this very special day.

In addition to all-new games and activities and over 100 prizes, we’ll have featured entertainer Mark Thompson! Mark is an award winning ventriloquist seen on CBS, NBC, ABC & TBS, and will delight children of all ages with his engaging and funny characters. The fun starts at 10:30 am – hope to see you there!

Families – our Children’s Ministry Team has reserved 17 campsites at the beautiful Lake Francis Resort (Dobbins, CA) for Thursday June 14 through Sunday June 17. Enjoy two lodges, lots of sports activities, an arcade room, canoeing, pedal boats, swimming, campfires, and more.
