Here at The River Church, we are so excited about taking God's good news to the people down the street and around the world. We are currently developing a long-term strategy to connect people like you with missions opportunities that honor and please our Lord.
Our Mission is to Make & Mature Disciples of Christ in our neighborhood, our community, our city, our state and around the world. We understand that in order to introduce individuals to a relationship with Christ or to help individuals grow in their relationship with Christ, a huge part of our task is to meet their needs in the moment.
With that in mind, we are developing some key areas that will enable us to be as effective as possible in meeting the needs of our world:
Community Action Teams - meeting the needs in our community through creative ministry and events.
Church Planting Teams - helping to start new churches in Northern California and around the world.
Emergency Action Teams - responding quickly to urgent needs due to catastrophic loss.
Cross-Cultural Experience Teams - short-term trips to local and global destinations.
