Whether you're 21 or 121, we have opportunities for you to connect and grow through what we call GroupLife!

Here at The River Church, we believe sustained life change happens best in the context of community. With this in mind, our GroupLife team is constantly working to create environments for adults to connect and grow, and we offer a variety of groups each trimester (Fall, Winter/Spring, and Summer). There are different community environments developed for a variety of interests, seasons of life and spiritual journeys.

1. ADVENTURE CONNECTIONS:  In Adventure Connections groups, it’s all about connecting with one another, and the groups are designed to bring people together based on common interests, hobbies, and activities. There is a wide variety of options: some are activity oriented groups (ex: cycling, repair work); some are entry level, short-term Bible studies; some are for mothers of preschoolers. Each trimester there are new and different opportunities to meet and get to know others in our community.


2. GROWTH GROUPS:  Growth Groups are a new addition to our line up of options for adults! These are designed for the primary purpose of getting a handle what it means to become a mature follower of Jesus. These are often one-day seminars to help newer or returning believers strengthen their spiritual foundation, and are taught by TRC's teaching team. They are well worth your time if you'd like to grow!


3. LIFE GROUPS:  In these groups, people study God's Word together and discuss the issues and challenges of life. It's also where they pray, care for one another, and are missed if they don't show up. Bottom line: these groups "do life together."
